well, last Saturday I done my Assignment for Electronic class....that was really a hard topic for me because I did not get used to with this topic but I will try to improve myself....My poster looks a little bit simple but I like the color so much...It's RED...


Hix...I don't know why because actually, the background was red and when I post to this blog...it changed to blue

SAFE SEX....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week and this week...I was studied about how to make a poster and the topic was " Safe sex and Condom"...well...That thing is a kind of new mind in my country....however..It's necessary to know about...specially with young age from 16 up to 20 years old. I searched on the Internet and found out a website of an HIV organization....it provides us all the information about those things which relating to this disease....This is the link www.avert.org ...I also found out some posters for this topic

The history of magazine's cover

Well, while I was doing research on my assignment 1 , I found this website. I thought this one is really interesting because through it, we can fulfill our knowledge. It does not only told about the history of magazine's cover but also showed us the image of each.

THE LORD OF THE RINGS

well, I finished it...^^ I found out it based on the font Baskerville Old Face font....After I used pen tool to make it become the same with the text on poster....It looks ok finally...^^

Effecttive on image...^^

I read some e-magazines about computer and found out a new effective which we can apply on image to create some kind of weather like snow and rain...I download and using it to apply to my two pictures...actually ...it is cool huh...^^ Click to download this software
Simple instruction:
1/ After downloading....extract and install this software to your computer
2/ Open the program and open the picture that you want
3/ Click on the third symbol on the panel and tick to "Snow" if you want to have snow on your picture.
4/ Click on the yellow arrow to check the result.
5/ Continue to choose the " red letter "Y" symbol" to tick on "rain/snow only"
6/ Chose the "gif" to save as file gif.

Typography

Ah...yep...this week we started to learn about typography and I 've found out that I am really excited about this lesson...I enter this website http://www.identifont.com/ and spent few hours to look at those fonts. Well, typography is also used to designed some picture...like face...animal or sight...that's fantastic to see those things being combined by letters...look those pictures you will see....^^

well well, this week,in class, we had a small tutor that teaching us how to collage an image....apply on those things...I designed this kind of letter paper...actually...I only arrange some layers and suddenly I think about designing an letter paper which I used to buy on the bookstore of stationary...I use purple color for the background to make it suit with the flower...finally, my product looks slightly and a little bit of romantic which I do not like this thing much...^^ However...just enjoy it...^^

Last class, Maddy showed us some pictures in her slide and asked us to analyze them depending on questions which she had given. Well, all over, I like this picture the most although it has some fault like too many details. However, I like the image of chain. It emphasizes strongly the connections between those events. On the other hand, the text was red also impressive and attract the attention from viewers

well..Those picture below are my layouts which I have did on recent days by Illustrator...I am really interesting on those things....^^
The first picture was also my first product...I did it after leaving my class...not really satisfied with it because I could not find the way to make it connect completely


The second one was designed base on the concept of closure....I like orange color.....it play well as a role of hearty catalyst for the picture

The last one I designed it base on the concept of continuance and proximity....It looks slightly and brightly

Logo

Well, in the second class of last week, Maddy talked to us about design process steps, especially, how to design a logo. I have been interested in this topic. Now, I wanna talked about my favorite logo which was so impressive that I have decided to buy my laptop. That is a SONY VAIO one.As you can see, this logo was design depending on two kind of curves: one is analogical ( VA) and one is digital form ( IO). One shows the flexibility and one shows the strength. Both of them are the main function of SONY VAIO laptop.
